Supporting Students During Classes and at Home
Answer students’ questions during lessons.
Assist students with learning projects.
Proactively note students’ learning issues during lessons and report to the teacher.
Foster a positive mindset and motivate students.
Check homework and update all records in the management file.
Organize and coordinate group practice activities.
Follow up and supervise students’ homework completion.
Class Preparation & Starting Activities
Monitor students’ class participation.
Organize warm- up activities at the start of class, including review exercises, games, and sharing sessions.
Take attendance on the training platform.
Other Responsibilities
Participate in training and coaching throughout the employment period.
Update and report work progress after class or upon request.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct, in line with Langmaster’s brand ambassador standards.
Requirements
Certification / Academic Background
Long- term career orientation in education.
Bachelor’s degree in English Language, English Pedagogy, Translation & Interpretation, Business English, or related field (minimum Good).
TOEIC ≥ 900 / IELTS ≥ 7.0 / equivalent certificates (CEFR, APTIS, PTE, TOEFL, etc.), or

Working Hours
Evening: 18:00 – 22:00
Class duration: 60 minutes per session
Minimum workload: 6 hours/week (equivalent to 2 classes). Must be available for at least 1 evening class (Mon/Wed/Fri or Tue/Thu/Sat).
Flexible schedule: Monday to Saturday.
Morning: 08:00 – 11:00
Afternoon: 14:00 – 17:00
