Operation Supervisor/Specialist

Manage the forwarding operations team to ensure timely and accurate cargo movement.
Ensure all shipments comply with Vietnamese and international regulations.
Monitor correct customs declaration using VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS platforms.
Oversee end- to- end freight forwarding activities for both imports and exports.
Analyze freight costs, delivery times, and vendor performance for reporting to senior management.
Improve SOPs and logistics processes for greater efficiency and cost savings.
Coordinate with sales, warehouse, and finance teams for seamless operations...

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
Well versed in Microsoft Office Applications.
Minimum 5 years of experience in freight forwarding/logistics
Fluent in English (spoken and written) and Chinese is a plus.
Deep understanding of Incoterms, customs regulations, and international shipping documentation.
Advanced knowledge of VNACCS/VCIS and ECUS5/VNACCS is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree of College/ University graduate preferred with Logistics, International Trade, or related disciplines, foreign trade, economics, majoring in international trading and transportation.
Good business relationships with suppliers, especially with shipping lines.
