Purpose of the position
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for implementing the maintenance plans, and budget to ensure equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and plant safety. This role leads preventive and corrective maintenance activities, supports engineering improvement projects, and ensures technical compliance with company standards and legal requirements. Implement IWS/TPM program. Coordinate with project team to deploy small CapEx projects.

Develop annual maintenance plan and budget aligned with plant operational goals and production strategies.
• Plan preventive and shutdown maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and improve reliability.
• Develop spare parts plan for critical equipment to ensure production continuity and emergency responsiveness.
• Analyze equipment performance data to identify technical risks, failure causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Manage maintenance cost to achieve optimal results
• Forecast cost, manpower, spare parts, and outsourcing needs to ensure sufficient resources for maintenance execution.
• Perform spare part ordering, including vendor sourcing, specification classification, bidding, contract, and payment processes
Contribute to the development and implementation of maintenance policies, technical standards, and operational guidelines to ensure standardization and safety
Manage maintenance team to ensure safe operation & compliance with company rules as well as legal requirements and regulations.
• Collaborate with Engineering and Project teams on technical improvements, efficiency upgrades, cost- saving initiatives and small CapEx projects execution
• Lead preventive maintenance (PM) activities and coordinate corrective and emergency maintenance (CM/EM) requests.
• Leading team to implement IWS program and PM pilar
• Plan and execute major shutdown maintenance for comprehensive inspection and equipment overhaul.
• Manage spare parts inventory, maintenance tools, and material allocation to ensure quality and timely maintenance operations.
Reporting & Continuous Improvement
• Identify best practices and standardize procedures across shifts and teams.
• Analyze downtime, breakdowns, and maintenance costs for improvement planning.
• Monitor and report maintenance KPIs: breakdown frequency, downtime, spare part usage, PM compliance, and maintenance costs.
Manage Risk, Compliance & Safety
• Promote continuous improvement culture within the maintenance team through regular reviews and root cause analysis.
• Manage maintenance risk assessments and ensure proper implementation of safety procedures.
• Support internal and external audits related to maintenance and technical compliance.
• Ensure compliance with maintenance procedures, company standards, and legal safety regulations.
Perform various other duties and activities as assigned by the manager.
