JOB DESCRIPTION
1 General Description
The purpose of this position is to be responsible foroperating the customs operations to ensure in the delivery best- of- classservice to internal and external customers. Thiscandidate must have excellent communication and client management skills inorder to maintain positive client relations. This candidate must be aself- starter, who is able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment. Thiscandidate must be a team player to ensure good working cooperation between thedifferent Business units locally
Thecandidate’s secondary responsibilities will be to support the Products and theBusiness Units in advisory and other custom- related matters
2 Specific Accountabilities
Customs Operations
· Receiving daily orders from Customer Service andplanning schedule for onsite operation.
Handle customs clearance procedures for chemical and hazardous goods (import/export). Prepare and verify chemical- related import/export documents Ensure compliance with Vietnamese customs regulations and chemical import laws
· Checking compliance in terms of customsdeclaration via VNACCS System.
· Guide and support all functions in DB Schenker for customs- relatedrequirements.
Declare customs via VNACCS system (if required).
· Support the functions and business units and monitor their operativetasks to ensure legal compliance with customs and other regulations.
Trigger and update all required data into the system timely and correctly.
Supervise and ensure outsourced Team to do onsite Operations including Inbound, outbound, VAS accuracy and correctly.
Perform internal reviews of adherence to global and country standards as well as customer SOPs with regards to customs brokerage and related taxes at BU level
Support CS to do plan and order for Hub operations to Manpower vendor
Ensure and support outsourced Team to do sorting at Hub as per instructions and requirements from Customer.
Subcontractor Management
· Ensure that the KPIs are achieved by the subcontractors
· Work with suppliers to improve their service if KPIs are not being met
Sales Support
Support Sales, Air, Ocean and Logistics functions in selling Customs Services by providing expert know- how in sales and tender processes.
HSSE
· Ensure 5S isapplied at Hub
· Report nearmisses to Manager / Supervisor
· Follow the HSSEpolicy of the company
· Ensure HSSEguidance is followed by subcontractor and outsourced team
· Understand theHSSE policy of the company
REQUIREMENTS
1
Warehouse knowledge/expertise and operationalskills.
Excel, word computer skills.
Communication skill, collaborationwith stakeholders.
2
At least 1–2 years ofexperience in customs clearance (experience with chemical cargo is highlypreferred).
Good understanding ofchemical HS codes, dangerous goods classifications, and chemical documentation.
Universitygraduate major in relevant fields as Logistic & Supply chain, Import/Export,Transportation…
· English &Vietnamese communication skills

JOB DESCRIPTION
1 GeneralDescription
This positionis mainly responsible for declaring Customs Declaration Sheet (CDS) and coordinatingwith the Implant team to handle outbound shipments smoothly. Othertasks will be assigned by the supervisor / manager.
2 SpecificAccountabilities
CustomsOperations
· Use the internal tool to upload and verify theCDS package is properly archived in the system; re- upload if missing.
· Receive bookings from the Customer Service Teamand shipping documents from the Implant/Customer Team; cross- check alldocuments for discrepancies and raise concerns before processing CDS.
· Work night shifts per customer schedule (ifany).
· Compile the CDS package (Checklist form, CDS,HAWB/BL, Commercial Invoice, Packing List, and other relevant documents) foreach outbound shipment.
· Handle domestic trucking and scrappingshipments.
· Coordinate with the Pricing Team to obtainquotations and send them to non- contracted carriers for outbound shipmentsunder EXW terms.
· Prepare daily reports on outbound shipments toensure all have completed CDS.
· Handle all outbound shipments in accordancewith established processes.
· Upload required documents to the Customs V5system in compliance with customs regulations and deadlines.
· Submit electronic documents to the VNACCSsystem for each outbound shipment.
Rotating 1 day off per week(pre- aligned), with duty on Sunday of that week.
· On- duty shifts during public holidays arerotated among team members.
· Conduct internal reviews to ensure compliancewith global and local standards, as well as customer SOPs, particularlyconcerning customs brokerage and tax- related matters at the BU level.
· Ensure adherence to national subcontractormanagement policies and procedures.
· Collaborate with the team to identify rootcauses of incorrect CDS entries.
· Support functional teams and business units toensure compliance with customs and related regulations.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by thesupervisor / manager.
On- site work:
· Coordinate with the trucking team to arrangetrucks as required.
· Ensure that trucks are only allowed to leavethe factory after customs declaration is fully completed.
· Work together with the on- site staff topalletize cargo and load it onto the truck using a forklift.
HSSE
· Report near misses to Supervisor / Manager
· Follow the HSSE policy of the company
· Understand the HSSE policy of the company
· Ensure that HSSE guidance is followed bysubcontractors
REQUIREMENTS
1 SkillsRequired
· Good computerskills (Word / Excel / Outlook / VNACCS system skills).
· Hard- working,ability to work independently, be ready to workovertime and under high pressure.
· GoodEnglish communication both speaking and writing.
· Accuracy,proactive, teamwork.
2 Experienceand Qualifications
· Experience in the same role andfamiliar with VNACCS system is preferable.
· A minimum of 1 year of experience inforwarding/logistics companies is preferable.
· Themale will be preferred for this position because of the night shift.
· University graduate major in foreigntrade, economics or relevant fields, logistic & Supply Chain, transporation
· The fresher will be trained to meetthe work requirements.Working Location: Street D1, Hightech park, Tan Phu Ward, Thu Duc City, HCM city
