Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail- oriented Recruitment Intern to join our Talent Acquisition team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain hands- on experience in recruitment and human resources. As a Recruitment Intern, you will assist with various aspects of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to onboarding. You will work closely with our recruiters and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process.
Please note: This is an unpaid internship.
What does a successful Recruitment Intern look like?
You don&039;t mind performing tasks that require attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Resume Screening: Review and screen resumes to identify qualified candidates for open positions.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Employer Branding: Assist in employer branding initiatives, including creating content for social media and the company’s career page.
Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
Candidate Communication: Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.
Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate information and status updates.
