[Da Nang] Security Supervisor

Enforce key control and access control procedures, including staff entry/exit checks
Coordinate with hotel departments, outsourced security personnel, and law enforcement when required
Manage staff lockers, control of assets, and secure closure of operational areas
Escort VIPs, dignitaries, and cash transfers as assigne
Report incidents and maintain accurate daily logs and documentation
Ensure the safety and security of guests, employees, and hotel property
Maintain and operate security systems (CCTV, alarms, fire safety equipment)
Perform hotel security duties and procedures to ensure the safety and security of guests, employees and the property as well as the property’s assets.
Handle disciplinary or criminal situations in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor and respond to security risks, hazards, and emergency situations
Conduct regular patrols, surveillance, and safety inspections throughout the property
Support emergency procedures and act according to the hotel’s fire and safety plan
Ensure compliance with hotel policies, legal safety standards, and liquor regulations
Working place: Nam O Heritage, End of Nguyen Tat Thanh Road, Hai Van Ward, Da Nang City.

Certification in safety and training and/or licensed as a Security Officer or Law Enforcement Officer may be required. Certified CPR, First Aid instructor and training in law enforcement techniques desired.
1 years of security and safety experience and/or military/law enforcement experience, including supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Working knowledge of local laws, investigation methods, Occupational Health & Safety requirements and fire codes and life safety codes.
High School or vocational training.
