We are expanding our Business Development (BD) team in Vietnam to support our rapid growth. This is a great opportunity for juniors and fresh graduates who want to gain international exposure, hands- on training, and fast career development in business development and recruitment.

Responsibilities

Schedule, confirm, and coordinate client meetings (online or offline) for the BD team.
Reach out to prospects via LinkedIn, email, and other professional platforms.
Engage prospects through personalized messaging and follow- up sequences.
Work closely with BD Leader to refine scripts, improve outreach effectiveness, and handle objections.
Achieve weekly and monthly KPIs on meetings booked.
Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions.
Research and identify potential clients across target markets (mainly Tech companies in Singapore & US).
Ensure accurate handover of client background and lead information to BD Leaders/Managers

Comfortable with LinkedIn, email, and lead generation tools.
Preferred: Candidates with prior Business Development experience in recruitment agencies, especially in IT/Tech.
Minimum 6 months of proven B2B sales lead generation experience in any industry.
Own a personal laptop.
Quick learner and able to adapt to new tools and processes.
Strong written English skills.
Self- motivated, disciplined, and results- driven.

Performance bonus (sharing details in the interview session)
Base Salary: 6,000,000 – 10,000,000 VND Gross/monthly (open to negotiate)
